Musa Nyakora holds a PhD degree in organizational development and transformation. He is currently a professor of strategic leadership and Head of Department for the Department of Social Sciences in the School of Postgraduate Studies here at the Adventist University of Africa. He teaches and supervises students both at master’s and PhD levels in human resources management, strategic leadership and governance areas among others. He is also a member of several professional bodies. He has published six university-level text-books to date and several articles in various international refereed journals.
